A few small CSS issues I'm having trouble clearing up on my own....

1) I can't seem to figure out how to align these buttons if you can help:

2) What's the CSS for changing this border? Having trouble mousing over with Chrome web tools:

3) My Logo keeps going in front of modal. Logo z-index is 3 and your model is 1050, any ideas?

4) I notice I can't see comments unless logged in, any way to change that? Perhaps I am missing the setting somewhere?
