Translate Fields - Male/Female and Month

Hello,
Firstly I would like to inform you that FTP and Database data is not available yet, the site is being developed locally and as soon as it is approved by the client I will have the correct DB and FTP information.

I'm having a hard time making translations of the sex and year field translations, where I can make those changes for my language
