"Within" does not mean right at the very end of. If you can refund, I'd really appreciate it. Learn some lessons from my feedback, and change how you treat customers, they will stick around and recommend you to others. Your guarantee states that products will work and that you'll do your best to support your customers. Both of these have not been met. Please refund. show less

Thanks Mike, I've read your refund policy. It also says "we will support every customer to the fullest extent possible." Waiting 2 days to respond to a customer's enquiry is not supporting customers to the fullest extent possible. If you would have sent me a simple "thanks for your enquiry, we will get back to you asap" or even just responded to me on your forum, I may have changed my mind. As it was, I thought there was a chance you wouldn't respond at all. Waiting to the very last second to get back to a customer is bad service, especially when it coincides with the end of the 7 day money refund period. I have clients myself, and if I wait two days to get back to them, they almost always go elsewhere. Also, requiring customers to give you Super User and FTP access just to ask a question on your forum is a bit much. And asking for database access is crazy. If you could arrange a refund I would be very appreciative. show less
